While the Kriter name is little known here in Australia, it's kind of a big deal overseas. Started by Burgundian wine merchant André Boisseaux back in the 50s, this is a label dedicated purely to sparkling. When you've got just a handful of wines, it's importnt to nail it, and Team Kriter have clearly got this Blanc de Blancs style down pat. Crafted from the Loire Valley in central western France, this delicate Blanc de Blancs has gentle citrus fruit flavours, a creamy mousse and crisp acidity.
