Clare Valley based winery Killikanoon has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 1997, culminating in the ultimate prize of Winery of the Year in the 2013 James Halliday Wine Companion. Winemaker Kevin Mitchell has set a new benchmark for Clare Valley Shiraz with the Killerman's Run Siraz. Beautifully lifted notes of licorice, cedary French oak and ripe, spicy plums flood the senses followed by dark chocolate and spice on the palate with quality oak and natural fine grained tannins.
