The latest Katnook Shiraz reflects perfectly ripe fruit from a successful vintage. Dominant black berry aromas and flavours, a hint of sweet spice, a nudge of new oak and fine, supple tannins are well integrated. Katnook Estate Shiraz captures the elegance and underlying power of classic cool climat Shiraz. Whilst Coonawarra is better known for Cabernet Sauvignon, the region produces outstanding Shiraz, which are characterised by a white pepper/anise overtone.
