Rich, tangy sweet and sour plum with hints of cinnamon and cumin leaving a lingering tang in the aftertaste. Made from Japanese plums (ume) steeped in alcohol and sugar. Umeshu has a beautiful sweet and sourness. We recommend served on the rocks.
