Pronounced ripe black cherry, liquorice and blackberry aromas overlay vanillin oak and peppered black olive notes. Rich and chewy the palate is still tightly knit with mouth-filling flavours of black cherries, liquorice and blackberries intermixed with toasty vanillin oak, earthy black olives and spcy pepper. Dry finish with a firm robust tannin structure. Long spicy aftertaste of ripe black cherries, liquorice, earthy black olives, vanillin cedar and black pepper.
