Juicy red fruit flavours from the McLaren Vale are balanced with depth from the Barossa Valley. This is a lighter style red wine with flavours of raspberry and strawberry along with hints of cinnamon spice. There is plenty of enticing perfume of black cherry and raspberry along with hints of whit pepper and underlying Christmas spice. On the palate it’s a juicy, medium-bodied wine with flavours of raspberry, white pepper and earthy spice. Lingering fine tannins provide a sensation almost akin to spicy dried ginger on the back palate.
