The result is a fresh, dry and balanced rosé with a clean profile.WinemakingThe fruit is gently pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve its delicate blush colour. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and purity of fruit. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to maintain crisp acidity and a clean finish. Tasting Notes Colour Pale pink, sitting firmly in the classic pale amp dry style of French Rosé. Aroma Perfumed and lifted, with pink florals, red berries, subtle herbs and mineral overtones.
