WINERY INFORMATION Ibizan Wines manufactures a premium range of handcrafted wines produced using fresh fruit parcels sourced from its in-house vineyard in Upper Chapman Valley in Rosa Glen Owned by Brian and Michelle Lowrie Ibizan is spread over 33 hectares wherein 7 7 hectares of land is dedicted to growing grapevines TASTING NOTES Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark red coloured wine displaying bright hues along the edges The attractive bouquet exhibits sharp aromas of cherries plums and dark chocolate with light hints of cassis and mint lurking in the background These fragrances coupled with juicy flavours of ripe cherries as well as soft and silky tannins offer an elegant mouthfeel and texture to the palate Subtle oak notes combine with the fruit characters to deliver a delicate and persistent finale Drink this wonderful Cabernet with hearty beef casseroles or parmesan and cheddar cheese to unleash its full flavour potential nbsp
