The nose is medley of lemon - waxy pulp, fresh juice and lemon blossom. There is nice depth in the body with great concentration and complexity. There is anice dragon fruit charcter on the palate and super clean acidity holding everything in line. Gundog Estate is a boutique producer of premium Smillon and Shiraz. Sourcing fruit from some of the best vineyards in the Hunter, Hilltops and Canberra wine regions in New South Wales, we engage passionate growers that work tirelessly to deliver the best fruit possible. Our growers also firmly believe in sustainable vineyard practices, with a view to leaving the land in a better condition for the next generation.
