Inspired by traditional Rock & Rye recipes Hochstadter’s Slow and Low combines a master blend of aged rye whiskies three citrus peels: lemon grapefruit and orange before being infused with a tiny amount of 100% raw ocal honey and pure cane rock candy - creating a drink similar to an Old Fashioned. The drink itself is mellow with slightly sweet flavours exceptionally balanced with citrus grapefruit and rock candy notes. A smooth long finish follows reminiscing of honey orange and rye whiskey character.
