WINERY INFORMATION Located on Barossa Valley Way in Lyndoch South Australia Hemera Estate owns a 45ha vineyard With the philosophy of showcasing the best characteristics of the vineyard the winemaking team produces a diverse range of full-flavoured and elegantly-styled handmade wines Winston Wnes purchased Ross Estate Wines in 2012 and renamed it Hemera after the Greek goddess of daylight nbsp TASTING NOTES Limited Release Aurora Shiraz presents a deep purple hue The perfumed bouquet offers wonderful scents of dark briary fruits summer pudding and spicy oak The rich and full bodied palate is rife with blue and black fruits and spiced mocha oak flavours The finale is long and refreshing This tempting Shiraz from Hemera Estate has the potential to be cellared for a decade or more It tastes excellent with pepperoni pizza lasagne and Cheddar cheese nbsp
