WINERY INFORMATION Hemera Estate produces a premium range of fine and refreshing handcrafted wines using traditional winemaking techniques The winemaking team headed by Jason Barrett works with the aim to reflect the unique characteristics of the vineyards in every vintage produced Founded in 193 by Pauline and Darius Ross the company has been managed by Winston Wines since 2012 The Evolution range offers an outstanding collection of easy drinking wines showing intense fruit flavours TASTING NOTES Post maturation in American and French oak barrels for 12 months The Billy Grenache is a deep purple hued wine displaying a dark haze A whiff of the wine offers mesmerising aromas of raspberries wild cherries and rose petals A sip reveals cherry strawberry rhubarb gentle spice and white pepper flavours Silky tannins integrate with these magnificent characters to end the wine in a soft and lingering finish This stunning Grenache from Hemera Estate tastes marvellous with rogan josh Moroccan tagines and lamb cutlets nbsp
