'Hell Hole' pays reference to early Hungarian settlers and their common 'descriptor' in reference of the rather warm climatic conditions associated with the iconic local township of Pokolbin. Thankfully, in 2010 growers experienced quite the opposite and fruit was harvested cool and fresh, pre seasoal rain. Generously flavoured the fruit is dark and luscious, yet maintains its regional medium weight framework. Hints of liquorice and spice also contribute on a long, savoury and structured palate.
