WINERY INFORMATION Heartland Wines was established by wine enthusiasts Grant Tilbrook Ben Glaetzer and Scott Collett Their aim was to craft wines with great balance and texture by using the best Australian fruit The company takes pride in its perception skills resources and access creating ful flavoured and juicy wines from lush Langhorne Creek vineyards The winemaking team headed by Ben Glaetzer crafts these uniquely Australian wines at Barossa Vintners in Tanunda nbsp TASTING NOTES Heartland Foreign Correspondent is a unique fusion of 51 Lagrein grapes with 49 Dolcetto grapes The resulting wine features a deep red colour with crimson hues and flaunts sharp aromas as well as vibrant flavours of red berries herbs and spices These flavours and aromas integrate with plush and juicy tannins to end the wine in a bright and refreshing finale This elegant red wine has a short term cellaring potential of 2 years and tastes amazing served slightly chilled with antipasto smoked pork bread dumplings and braised meat
