WINERY INFORMATION Wine pioneer Thomas Hardy founded Hardys Wines in 1853 with the aim of creating wines that are appreciated all over the world Ever since five generations of the Hardy family have been working with passion and dedication to cement the Hardys reputation as one of the most respectd and sophisticated wineries of Australia TASTING NOTES Vineyards from two premium wine regions - Tasmania and Clare Valley were used to import grapes for this Riesling The wine has a pale yellow colour surrounded by light green hues Lifted fragrances of citrus fruit are given off by the nose while the vibrant palate profile features lemon kiwi and lime fruit flavours These ripe fruit elements are balanced by a fine minerality and zingy acidity leading to a lengthy and lingering finale This HRB Riesling has the potential of being cellared for about 5 to 7 years but would taste wonderful even if opened upon release Pairing this wine with beef curry or oysters would definitely prove rewarding nbsp
