WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard Eileen Hardy a celebrated pioneer of the wine industry was the inspiration behind the very first release of a Pinot Noir varietal Imported from lush and cool climate vineyards in Yarra Valley as well as Tasmania fruit for this wine shows great character and flavour epth Winemaking Hardy rsquo s Eileen Hardy Pinot Noir 2014 is a blend of ripe Pinot Noir grapes from two locations ndash 70 from the acclaimed Yarra Valley while the remaining 30 from the Tasmania region 2014 proved to be a warm year which led to the growth of juicy flavour filled and aromatic grapes TASTING NOTES Featuring deep purple hues this amazing wine is a fruit driven Pinot containing delicious characters of strawberry and cherry with light nuances of toasty oak This wine was crafted in the mid weight style which provides it with a rich and premium mouthfeel Serve this wine with pork veal poultry and salmon dishes to enjoy its mesmerizing flavours to the fullest
