WINERY INFORMATION Winemaking This wine truly is reminiscent of the great white Bordeaux The flavour-ful must has been barrel fermented with wild yeasts in 100 new French oak puncheons I left them on the fine lees to mature for 18 months in the same barrel before bottling Will be a fantastic keper TASTING NOTES An exuberant Sauvignon with aromas of pineapple pear mango and honeysuckle and a rich creamy full-bodied palate The back-bone of zesty acidity and perfect harmonious minerality is gracefully balanced expressing finesse Powerful yet delicate lingering finish It will be very good young yet last well a pinnacle of achievement An excellent match with antipasti duck liver pat eacute or creamy veal dishes Cellaring Potential upto 8 years
