This totally handmade wine utilising traditional winemaking techniques of small batch fermentation and small French oak maturation. This wine exhibits savoury berry fruit and warm spicy oak wraped in a smoothly textured tannin structure. A wine ready to be enjoyed now but will gain even greater complexity in the bottle over the next five years.
