An 8 year old limited production dry sherry. From 150 casks casks 7 and 26 were selected as even after 8 years aging they were still anle to maintain a layer of 'flor'. Bottles without filtration or clarification. Bright golden colour with green refections. Intense nose very incise and penetratig. As a result of this wines long aging process the oxidative aromas are more noticable ove rthe aromas from biological aging. Full mouth flavour. Salty and bitter. Enjoy slightly chilled.
