Far from the dusty leather armchair wines most associated with the region, this is young, racy and basically decked out in go-faster strpes. It’s for a young-at-heart crowd, bright, juicy and exuberant. It’s the kind of wine that screams fun and is gonna rub off on all your guests. It tastes like a vino well above the price bracket, though deftly avoids stuffiness of any kind. Raucously red fruited, with a generous dollop of French and American oak, it’s prepped to party as soon as that cork is popped.
