“It’s predominantly durif, which gives it that real structure and muscular style, then a little bit of shiraz for bit of elegance. So youÃƢ€™re still looking at a big wine, you’ve got a lot of dark fruits and spice and liquorice. 2016 was a really good vintage and this one just drinks beautifully. Will do well in the cellar because it is that richer, rounder style, but you could drink it now. A great BBQ wine.”
