Galliano Amaretto Liqueur is an authentic Italian liqueur that has wonderful almond marzipan flavours. Drink it on the rocks or top it over your favourite ice-cream. AMARETTO SOUR 50mL Galliano Amaretto 25mL freshly squeezed lemon juice 15mL egg white (optional) Dashes of Australian bitters Lemon zet to garnish IceMethod 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously. 2. Fine strain into an icefilled short drink glass. 3. Add lemon zest to garnish.
