WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard Freeman Vineyards was established in 1999 by Dr Brian Freeman previously the Professor of Wine Science at Charles Sturt University Wagga Wagga in the Hilltops region of New South Wales It boasts some unique varieties in the Hilltops region a true pioneering produce of NSW Winemaking The Corona series are the introductory wines to the Freeman range They are designed to be ldquo easy-drinking Italian inspired wines brimming with personality flavour and texture rdquo that seriously overdeliver in the value for money stakes The Pinot Grigio is 100 grown on the Freeman estate in the Hilltops It was a great season for the region and the Pinot Grigio fruit hit perfect ripeness the fruit positively bursting with flavour TASTING NOTES Musky perfume with a little floral lift Nashi pear and toasted cashews Ripe vibrant fruit in the mouth with a slight mineral edge It rsquo s full of fun and fruit Roundness from the barrel time and a lick of citrus and spice on the finish seals the deal Nails the brief of Summer friendly white perfectly Cellaring Now - 2018
