WINERY INFORMATION The Fox Trot range of wines has been exclusively developed for on-premise trade in order to create unison between food and wine nbsp Foxtrot wines reflect the vitality freshness and purity of the stunning Margaret River wine region With grapes sourced from Alexanders and Miaup Vineyards the Fox Trot wine range includes Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Chardonnay and Cabernet Merlot among others TASTING NOTES Crafted using 70 Semillon and 30 Sauvignon Blanc grapes Foxtrot Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is an aromatic white wine from Margaret River This SSB has got a pale green hue with light yellow tinges The wine features lemongrass and passion fruit aromas along with intense citrus notes Displaying a clean passionfruit and gooseberry flavoured palate with lifted herbs and refreshing acidity Foxtrot Semillon Sauvignon Blanc provides a creamy mouthfeel The wine has received length and intensity of fruit from both varieties and can be cellared for 1-2 years It pairs extremely well with shellfish fish and spring vegetables
