Foxeys Hangout Chardonnay

A very rich and complex chardonnay, but with tight acidity to finish. A little nutty, with some mineral and floral aromas, grapefruit and fig. This wine will accompany rich food not just because it is itself quite powerful, but also because the acidity in the wine will refresh the palate. The oak inthis chardonnay is important but seamless, adding complexity but not dominating. Foxeys' estate wines are all grown and made on the Mornington Peninsula from hand-tended vines, sustainably managed.
