Utilising the high altitude of some of the best vineyards in Central Victoria, Fowles Wine have crafted a vibrant, rich and soft style Cabernet Merlot that is deep purple in colour with aromas of rum and raisin, red fruits and spice that play well with blackcurrant and cranberries. The palate is oveflowing with blueberries and has soft tannins with a lovely long finish.
