WINERY INFORMATION Owned and created by Trevor Mast Four Sisters takes pride in its premium range of elegant and easy drinking wines As an accomplished winemaker Trevor started the brand with the aim to cater to the needs of the younger generation of wine drinkers especially his four daughters The label for this stylish wine range was designed by his eldest daughter and emerging artist Daliah nbsp TASTING NOTES The grapes used to produce Four Sisters Pinot Grigio were harvested and crushed during the cool of the night to retain fresh fruit characters The juice was then pressed and clarified before cool fermentation with yeasts This process resulted in a transparent wine showing pale golden tints The attractive bouquet exudes pleasing aromas of apricot pear and white peach A sip reveals juicy flavours of melon gooseberry and honeysuckle coupled with subtle mineral notes The finish is fresh and crisp This delightful Pinot Grigio can be cellared for 4 years Drink it with chargrilled seafood or salmon fillets with a light summer salad to truly enjoy its grand fruit flavours nbsp
