WINERY INFORMATION Hand harvested in the morning and chilled further before whole-bunch pressed The best fraction of the free-run juice was then transferred to a small stainless steel vessel where it was settled and racked off gross lees Long fermentation occurs at cool temperatures before being acked of yeast lees and filtered before bottling TASTING NOTES Bright straw with green hues There are lifted aromas of jasmine lime blossom and sea spray The palate displays citrus zest fresh lime grapefruit and slate Natural acidity drives the long mineral palate and as always typical Block 1 chalky texture
