Wine Description - Fishbone aims at crafting wines that are more than mere table dressing and represent real quality and finesse Shiraz consists of 92 07 Shiraz grapes 6 37 Viognier and 1 6 Merlot This wine is dense plum in colour with lovely dark berries on the nose This rich perfume is folowed with subtle and smooth tannins and dark berries on the palate This wine boasts of a well-balanced structure along with a long finish nbsp To make this wine most of the grapes were sourced from owner rsquo s vineyard in Blackwood Valley It can be cellared for up to eight years and also be enjoyed right away with your favourite lamb and beef dishes
