WINERY INFORMATION Devil rsquo s Lair estate is situated in the heart of the reputed Margaret River wine region It was founded in the year 1996 In its midst lies a secret cave where the fossilized bones of a Tasmanian tiger were found along with an extra leg The mystery of this lsquo fifth le rsquo is what prompted the owners to name their company as such TASTING NOTES Fifth Leg Whippersnapper Shiraz is a deep purple coloured wine showing pale red tinges This bold yet youthful wine features aromas and flavours of dark plums as well as savoury spices The palate is integrated with textural tannins which mix with the vibrant fruit characters to provide a long and juicy finish Suggested food pairings with this elegant Shiraz include pizzas pastas beef and lamb nbsp
