WINERY INFORMATION Fermoy Estate is a 26ha wine estate located on Metricup Road in Wilyabrup WA The company was established in 1985 and specialises in the production of an outstanding range of elegant and distinctly flavoured wines These premium table wines were crafted using luscious grapes harested from the company rsquo s 17ha vineyard under the supervision of Senior Winemaker Jeremy Hodgson Jeremy joined the team in January 2015 nbsp TASTING NOTES This tempting Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a bright ruby red colour accompanied by a dark purple rim The aromatic nose emanates lively scents of cassis and red currant supported by bay leaf notes Bold flavours of red plum and blackcurrant combine with cedary oak spice and woody herb tones of rosemary and bay leaf to offer an elegant palate These interesting characters are balanced by firm tannins and fresh acidity culminating the wine in a long and structured finale With the potential to be cellared for 12 to 15 years this alluring Cab Sauv from Fermoy Estate tastes excellent with braised beef roasted duck and aged Gouda cheese nbsp
