WINERY INFORMATION A family owned and managed wine estate Fergusson Winery provides a friendly and relaxing ambiance to all its visitors Established on 20 acres of vineyard land on the outskirts of Melbourne Yarra Valley the vineyard was first planted with grapevines by brothers Peter and Michal Fergusson in the late 1960s Today the company is being managed by Louise Fergusson with the help of her sons TASTING NOTES Fergusson Crystal Moscato is a low alcohol wine displaying a transparent hue with light green tinges Blissful aromas of kiwi and berry fruit mesh with typical Muscat characters and flow off the perfumed bouquet to entice the nose of the drinker The light-bodied and fresh palate contains ripe and juicy flavours of strawberry raspberry lime and nectarine leading to a sweet and clean finale Spicy Asian cuisine antipasto and cheese are great matches to this sweet red wine nbsp
