We've heard of skeletons in the closet, but dinosaurs in the cellar is a new one on us! But that's exactly what Familia Schroeder have in their cellar (a Titanosaur no less) - along with this fun and fruity sparkling Rose made from pinot noir. Scents of red fruits, roses and baked bread float out ofthe glass on a stream of fine bubbles, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied and relatively dry, with more red berry and bread flavours, a bright line of citrusy acidity, and a decent refreshing finish.
