This Exquisito Vintage 1985 Rum has some powerful notes of caramel banana vanilla deep oak and a hint of black pepper on the nose. It is smooth and full bodied on the palate. As all Oliver Rums there is plenty of creamy caramel and raisin characters but this one has deeper barrel notes than therest of the range. It is balanced and enjoyable.
