This Sauvignon Blanc comes from a Premier Cru site with a slate-rich soil at 350m above sea level. The house style of delicate white florals and stone fruit is apparent and accompanied by typical slatiness and some varietal blackcurrant. The aromatics hint at richness and that density is clearly sesed in the mouth. Theres quite a bit of coiled up power coming from the intense citrus flavour and the driven acidity that accompanies it.
