St. Germain is an artisanal French liqueur made from hand-picked elderflower blossoms. The starry white flowers are gathered by 40-50 men pedaling the Alpen French countryside picking the flowers that will be distilled into this intoxicating nectar.Blended with a small amount of citrus and natural cne sugar to accentuate the subtle flavour of the elderflowers, the resulting liqueur is delicate and balanced with fresh floral aromas and flavours and hints of pear, apricot and grapefruit zest.Ring in the new year with a spritz of a different flavour. In a flute glass filled with ice combine two parts sparkling wine, 1.5 parts St-Germain and 2 parts sparkling water. Gently stir before garnishing with a lemon twist.
