TASTING NOTES This Ros eacute is made from grapes sourced from our Adelaide Hills vineyard A pale salmon hue announces this as a delicate ros eacute style with an intensely fragrant bouquet with hints of Turkish delight and rose water The wine has crisp acidity and with layered complexity will urprise those drinkers expecting a simple quaffer It shows a delicate petal infused palate with hints of Rosemary and Guava and a mouthfeel that is sycophantic and textured It is complex but not primitive delicate but not reclusive supple but not soft - Think Einstein listening to Pearl Jam while chargrilling Bug Tails
