Sonnenuhr means 'sundial' in German, and kabinett means this is at the drier end of the spectrum style-wise. Once again, it is applely and limey with that telltale 'wet stone' character on the nose, whilst the palate is crisp and crunchy, low in alcohol (8.0%), with zippy citrusy flavors, a flinty texture, and a long, steely finish with barely any sweetness. Awesome with oysters Kilpatrick. White - Riesling and Blends - Riesling
