Dorothy May Cabernet Sauvignon

$35.00

A beautiful earthy nose with sweet spice and cassis. A littlte hint of asphalt and hot rocks add interest and complexity. The texture is velvety and well weighted. A wine that you can enjoy now or lay down for the next decade. Pankhurst Wines was established by Allan and Christine Pankhurst in 196 with the first planting of Pinot Noir vines, and these vines continue to produce award winning wines today. They produce high quality wines with great cellaring capacity. We do this through expert viticultural and winemaking process knowledge, while at the same time ensuring environmentally friendly practices. They pride themselves on low impact viticultural management that benefits our property, its ecosystems and most importantly, their wines. Now, more than ever, it’s so important to support local New South Wales producers. Please pick up a bottle from around the state & help us to help them.
