Domaine Alain Geoffroy is one of the grand old names of Chablis, with the 112 acre estate dating back to 1850. Still family owned, the domaine is known for nailing the traditional racy, citrussy Chablis style, with an emphasis on purity and vitality. This white comes from the 1er cru of Beauroy - a km long, south facing vineyard above the village of Chablis itself. Beauroy is known for its generosity, with a high Kimmeridgian content in the soil delivering wines that have power and weight, but a grace and beauty too. The 2015 Beauroy from Alain Geoffroy is an absolute classic Chablis from a super vintage too. Not just a classic Chablis, it's a fantastic Chardonnay, with beautiful white nectarine fruit backed by stunning, ultra fresh acidity. Just delicious! White - Chardonnay and Blends - Chablis
