WINERY INFORMATION Twenty Eight Road acts as the eastern boundary of the Osborn vineyard and the d Arenberg winery Most of the grapes for this wine are sourced from a 3 6 acre block of bush vine Mourv egrave dre that runs parallel with the road The vineyard was planted in 1918 by the first and seond generations of the Osborn family TASTING NOTES The nose is brimming with sweet red fruits raspberry cherry and rhubarb An undercurrent of dried herbs and iodine sheds light onto the complexities that are likely to develop The palate is youthful and pleasantly light on its feet Firm but fine tannin s add grip without overwhelming the fruit The acid line is precise and mouth-watering A sprightly and completely drinkable expression of Mourvedre It will continue to reward with careful cellaring
