The Aube region in the South of Champagne is famous for its Burgundian like terroir and is the home of pinot noir in Champagne. This lovely wine is a great example of the standard of wine the region produces. This cuvee is golden lemon colour with beautiful fine bubbles and is rich and elegant with trong floral notes. It makes a great accompaniment to seafood molluscs, such as oysters, mussels or clams and is also an ideal aperitif for dinner parties with friends and family on warm nights or celebrations with that special loved one.
