Croser was one of the original method Champenoise Aussie sparklers to raise the bar on the quality of domestic fizz. With a healthy dose of Pinot Noir, there is plenty of full-bodied fruit with some subtle mealy notes, soft strawberry fruit and citrus zest to keep things fresh. A great aperitif, thee is enough palate weight to enjoy this over dinner. Sophisticated stuff.
