This type of fortified wine had its name changed to Apera in 2010 as Australia acknowledged the ownership of the term 'Sherry', tied forever to it's birthplace Jerez, in Andalusia, Spain. But that didn't stop us from making some top ter examples of our own! This particular one by St Andrews is exactly as the name suggests - sweet and creamy.
