McLaren Vale Grenache Rose. This Cragg Cru wine was produced using the French winemaking technique called carbonic maceration. Strawberry pink in colour the wine displays caramelized strawberry with toffee with slightly spicy aromas. Raspberry cordial and tropical fruits fill the palate with subtletannin notes and a sweet crisp acidity carrying these flavours through to the back palate with a lingering raspberry jam on toast. A gentle and delicate wine.
