Contratto has a distinguished history going back more than 140 years. It was the first winery in Italy to make vintage metodo classico sparkling wine. This 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine displays delightful aromas of ripe white fruits and cumquat. It's powerful yet refined on the palate with the cirus fruits of the nose combining with the biscuity flavours of very classic Blanc de Blancs. Ideal as an aperitif with hors d'oeuvres or with fish.
