Collaborations Chardonnay by Yering Station

$25.00

Yering Station was the first winery to plant vines in Victoria so inevitably, chardonnay is our heartland, says chief winemaker Willy Lunn. We were delighted to be approached by Vintage Cellars to leverage our long-standing expertise and collaborate on this project. We've used outstanding fruit fromsome of our best sites that reflects a Yarra Valley vintage we're really proud of. Substantial spring rains maintained a dense canopy over the 2019 vintage grapes, providing protection during the hot summer. Perfect February ripening conditions created delicate flavours of white peach and vanillin oak spice, balanced by a crisp citrusy acidity and a long, clean finish.
