Classic Clare strength and suppleness are hallmarks of this wine. The Dark Side of the Moon Shiraz shows deep forest berry fruit characters complemented by spicy, almost chocolaty oak. The wine is finely structured, quite tight in youth. With time all those forward primary fruit flavours will round ut to fill the palate. A pretty and remarkably delicate wine, best cellared for at least 12 months before consumption (if you can resist!).
