What comes to mind when you hear the term “classic”? I get Freddie Mercury belting out of Fat Bottomed Girls or Audrey Hepburn killing it in Breakfast at Tffany’s – it’s high praise indeed. The good folk at Wine Spectator are talking up this Cotes de Bordeaux merlot / cab franc blend as a “potential classic”, and reckon the “2015 should easily be the best vintage since 2010.”
