You need only take one sip of the Grand Cavalier ros© and you're instantly in Provence, enjoying the sun and sea. Winemaker Thomas Lancray was able to adapt to the dry and hot vintage of 2016 to produce an elegant wine filled with loads of complexity and personality. This is an immensely pleasurable wine, incredibly accessible and easy to love. Pouring a beautiful salmon pink is a good start and this rosé doesn't stop there. Featuring a body of subtle fruitiness balanced by a hint of spice and great structure that provides great length. An incredibly enjoyable wine and a very well-deserved winner!
